2 4oz. beef ribeye steak, cut into strips
4 tablespoons bacon grease
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 tablespoon coconut aminos
2 tomatoes, diced
¼ cup (60ml) apple cider vinegar Salt and pepper, to taste
Heat the bacon grease in a large skillet.
When hot, add the beef and cook until browned. Re-move from the skillet.
Add the garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the ginger, coconut aminos, tomatoes, cider vinegar, salt and pepper. Bring to simmer and reduce heat. Add the beef strips
and cook until the sauce is reduced.
Serve while still hot.
