Making souffles is easier than you think!
Ham, eggs, and cheese are natural partners; these ingredients combine for some of the finest souffles around. The souffles will begin to deflate minutes after you take them out of the oven.
¼ cup olive oil
3 teaspoons garlic, minced
7oz. turkey ham
½ cup heavy cream
1 ¼ cups Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tablespoons chopped chives
Salt and pepper, to taste
Heat oven to 350C and prepare six ramekins.
Heat the oil in a skilled and add the garlic.
Cook until fragrant, for 1 minute.
In a bowl, combine the eggs, ham, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, chives, salt, and pepper.
Add the garlic, with olive oil and stir to combine.
Spoon the mixture into ramekins and bake for 20 minutes.
