We love this bread with butter and sandwiches. This bread is neutral in flavor but if you want to you can add your spices.
½ cup melted coconut oil
½ cup coconut flour
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp baking powder
1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a big bowl, whisk together eggs and melted coconut oil.
Add the dry ingredients in the same bowl and stir until very smooth.
Grease a small bread pan and fill about ⅔ of the way full with batter. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
